Cancellation:
Your order can be cancelled before the same is dispatched from our Warehouse. In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “dispatched” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. We take utmost care in providing you the best products.
We have complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. The customer further agrees not to dispute the decision made by us regarding the cancellation.

Returns:
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot and unboxing video of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at sales@powernoshnutrition.com or 9799071759 within 24 hours of product delivery.
We will arrange an exchange for the product after a thorough investigation.
We may choose to either replace the product or reimburse the customer. In case of reimbursement, the same shall be processed within 14 days of cancellation/refund. The customer shall not bear any charges or fee for cancellation or refund.
