Help! Why isn't my coupon code working?
Most discount codes cannot be redeemed on carts containing subscriptions or bundles, as these are already discounted. Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or special offers, including our military discount. Still need help? We're here to support you!
Returning Teas, Sweets, or Supplements
To make a return, please make sure the product has not been opened or damaged, print out the label we sent you, and ship it back in the original packaging. If it has been opened, we will still refund you, but we can’t accept opened items. We instead encourage our customers to pass the product along to a neighbor, friend, or family member that may be able to benefit from it!

Where is my package?
You should have received an order confirmation email from the carrier with a tracking number that can be entered on their website to check the status of your package. If it is still in pre-shipment or has been in transit for a few days
My package is stuck in transit?
To ship our products within the U.S., we use the following carriers: USPS and UPS. There can be unexpected delays during the shipping process
